Patient and informed. These are the two most important qualities you can have in an agent and Enrique has these in spades. As first-time house buyers, we had to google the word "mortgage" before we started this process. No question we asked was too stupid and Enrique was the beacon of hope in an otherwise grim housing market. Enrique is not your stereotypical cheerleader fixated on the close. He will always tell you how it is even if it means you end up with the less expensive option. He is on your side 100% of the time and we never felt rushed or manipulated the entire four months we worked with him. He is crazy knowledgeable not just about real estate but housing construction and if he doesn't know the answer, he's got a guy. We have and will continue to recommend Enrique to any person looking to buy or sell their home. Tell your kids. Tell your wife. This guy is unbelievably legit. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Although I had not read any reviews, nor had I had any recommendations, I sold my old house and bought my new one with Enrique, who I met on Zillow. After looking around for a new house for about a year, and having met with many agents, I didn't feel like trusting the sale of my house to just anyone. When I met Enrique, I knew immediately that he could sell my house and get a good price for it. He was honest and forthcoming with his opinions, and wasn't simply trying to impress me. He was friendly and respectful, obviously as hard worker as I was a demanding client. He gave me valuable advice for preparing my house for sale. Once my house found a buyer, he was helpful in the negotiation, which is never a simple matter. Then, as I moved into the final buying stages, his listening skills proved to be outstanding, as he had pinned down what elements were most important in my search for a home. This was essential, as I was absent during this part of the process and counted heavily on his skills not only for finding a house, but for sealing the deal! I strongly recommend Enrique Cordova as a real estate agent in Austin. You won't be sorry! He has got to be one of the best in town! [Full review on Zillow]
