Shane is a dedicated San Antonio native with deep Texas roots and nearly a decade of real estate experience. His path to real estate was built on a strong foundation in business development, having served as Vice President of Business Development for Phoenix Construction and previously with The Blue Book Building and Construction Network, where he earned President’s Club honors twice in six years. With a BBA in Business and a specialization in Agribusiness from the University of the Incarnate Word, Shane brings a strategic, informed approach to every real estate transaction.

Growing up working on farms and ranches, Shane developed a tireless work ethic and a deep appreciation for land—qualities that continue to guide him in helping clients buy and sell properties across San Antonio and beyond. Known for his empathy, active listening, and ability to serve as a trusted knowledge base, Shane is the kind of agent who prioritizes client needs above all else. His leadership skills, combined with a genuine desire to help others succeed, make him a natural advisor for anyone navigating the buying or selling process.

Outside of work, Shane stays grounded through family, faith, and community. He’s an active coach and mentor to his sons and their sports teams, a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus, and a life coach with EPIC Life Coaching, where he helps other men grow personally and spiritually. When he’s not coaching or serving others, you can find Shane outdoors fishing, hunting, swimming, or at the coast. He’s also an avid cook and baker, crafting everything from sourdough to artisan bread.

Fluent in English and conversational in both Spanish and Silesian Polish, Shane’s ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds is one of his greatest strengths.
