George Gavito was our realtor for both the purchase of our new home, as well as the sale of our existing home, and did an excellent job on both, we could not have been happier! We were not seriously looking for a home at the time, only periodically browsing, however saw one home that looked interesting and stated online we would like to see. George immediately contacted us and set up an appointment that was both quick and convenient for us. The home ultimately was not for us, but we struck up an easy conversation with George. We quickly realized he was a knowledgeable realtor with extensive experience in the San Antonio area where we were looking, so we decided to continue our search with him. He obtained our list of items we were seeking in a new home and kept us apprised of anything meeting our requirements, sending us possible properties as soon as they became available. He additionally provided pros and cons of listings when we viewed, doing upfront research of the surrounding area and any possible upcoming development or zoning that might impact the property. He was well prepared when we arrived to view new properties. He counseled us to not rush into decisions nor to give up on our ‘must haves’, that we would find the perfect home. He could not have been more correct. Because we had such an excellent experience with the purchase of our new home, we naturally chose George to represent us on the sale of our existing home. He viewed the home, providing excellent input on what items he felt needed to be addressed prior to listing, how to stage it to showcase its features, recommended the best timing for the listing, and creating an attention-grabbing listing along with the appropriate asking price. I have nothing but praises to Summer. Our first time home buying process was not an easy one, our lender gave us a hard time to their best, delayed our closing 4 times, asked for the almost impossible non-existent documents, then denied our loan on the eve of 3rd closing date due to some legality issue. We were about to give up but Summer was there the whole time. On top of her 5/5 negotiation skills, she also was there with us the whole loan application process. She'd drive with us to a place where we need to get the documents to satisfy our lender's demands, call the right people to make sure our documents are accepted and many other more to make sure we're taken care of. We finally closed and got the keys to our home today after the lender reversed their initial decision. I don't think we would have done it without Summer. She was very quick to help my boyfriend and I find a rental property. After looking at Zillow and trying to get in touch with realtors of houses directly, we found it a lot easier to let Lynette handle all the communicating. We were relocation from Houston to Austin and during the first few months of construction, we were not in the area. During that time, Jarrod was my eyes and ears.
