With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, and Project Manager, Vlatka has mastered the art of organization, negotiation, and strategic planning. Her transition into marketing—where she wrote and directed over 500 YouTube commercials—honed her creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, which now fuels her success in real estate.

Having called Austin home for the past eight years, Vlatka specializes in neighborhoods like Brentwood, Allandale, Clarksville, North Loop, and the greater Travis County area. Her deep knowledge of these communities, coupled with her straightforward approach and extensive network (she’s the “I have a guy” person), makes her a trusted advisor to her clients.

Currently pursuing her MBA (to be completed in 2025), Vlatka combines her business acumen with her passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
