From beginning our initial search for a new home, to selling our current home, Remi made a sometimes frustrating and often stressful process seam not all that bad--she helped us to understand the whole process and the steps we needed to take in order to get our desired outcome, all while providing much needed comedic relief during the stressful times. Selling our current home: LISTEN TO REMI when she tells you how to stage your house. It was a lot of work for us to clean out closets, clean off horizontal surfaces and organize every cabinet and cubby--but it paid off! Within 6 hours of listing our house, we got an offer from someone who hadn't even viewed the property. Within 48 hours, numerous offers were spilling in, and Remi's experience was integral in helping us make a quick and educated decision on how to select a buyer, and how to further negotiate with our buyer to determine what was best for both us as the sellers, and the new home owner. Buying our new home: Remi was able to narrow in on the year of house we would be looking for, the builders, and the neighborhoods that would fit our taste within our first few home search outings. With the quick pace of selling in the current market, she was always available to get us to the houses we wanted to see as quickly as possible. We know we weren't her only clients, but she made us feel that way. On top of everything else she went above and beyond to do for us, this is why Remi's the best--I'm "particular" in what I was looking for in a new home (my fiance was a little more easy to please), and while we looked at houses that were pretty good homes, she worked with us through the roller coaster until we found the perfect home that my fiance and I will both be excited to call ours. Through the negotiation process on each offer we made, Remi negotiated with the selling agents, and stood strong on what concessions to a deal we were and weren't willing to make. My husband and I absolutely love working with Nate! He helped us buy our second and forever home. He was very patient with us throughout the entire 6mos process, even when we changed our minds a lot with different locations and priorities. Nate is a hustler. There were two things that stood out the most to us when working with him. He worked hard to make himself always available - in real estate, when things move so quickly, Nate was on top of everything. Quick, responsive, would sometimes even get to show us the place the same day, within hours of discussing it. The other thing we really appreciated about Nate was that he was never pushy. He didn't try to interject thoughts or opinions unless we asked what he thought. He didn't try to push us into a purchase we were on the fence about. I recently listed my home with Nathaniel and have been very satisfied with the service he has given me. He was able to get an open house scheduled very quickly and had multiple offers within days. I accepted the offer. We were within 7 days of the closing when the recent snow storm hit. I was out of town and couldn't get back due to road conditions. I called Nathaniel and voiced my concerns about the record temperatures. He offered to go and check my home in spite of the icy road conditions. Upon arrival, he found no issues on the inside of the home but the neighbor's tree had fallen due to the weight of the ice and snow.
