I’m Jodilinn Porras, an eighth-generation Austinite with deep Texas roots—my family was part of Stephen F. Austin’s original 300 settlers. I was born in Austin, raised in Georgetown, and now call Liberty Hill home. Real estate has always been in my blood—owning land, building community, and helping others do the same is something that’s been passed down through generations of my family. With over 15 years in the industry, I still find genuine joy in helping people make smart, meaningful decisions about where they live, invest, or grow.

A big part of my focus is helping all clients navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives—whether they’re buying their first home, moving up for more space, moving down and simplifying, relocating, or selling due to major life changes like divorce, probate/estate sales, or a new chapter entirely. I love guiding people through each step of the process, making sure they feel informed, supported, and confident from our first conversation to closing day—and celebrating with them when they hand over the keys or receive them. To me, real estate is about more than contracts; it’s about connection, clear communication, and the little details that make a stressful process feel steady, manageable, and ultimately worth it.

I’m also passionate about community involvement and service. I’ve served on various boards over the years, including the Seton Hospital Fundraising Board and my children’s school board, and I’m currently looking for opportunities to serve in the Liberty Hill area. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me exploring new foods—trying a new restaurant or unique flavor is one of my favorite ways to spend time. I’m learning golf, love paddleboarding on Lake LBJ when I get the chance, and rarely pass up live music or a great evening with friends. At the end of the day, I’m a Texas native who loves people, local community, and helping others feel at home—wherever life is taking them next.
