As first-time house buyers, we had to google the word "mortgage" before we started this process. Although I had not read any reviews, nor had I had any recommendations, I sold my old house and bought my new one with Enrique, who I met on Zillow. After looking around for a new house for about a year, and having met with many agents, I didn't feel like trusting the sale of my house to just anyone. As a first-time home buyers, Analeisa has been our angel. She is personable, professional, respectful, and thoughtful. She basically held our hand through the entire process from start to finish and was nothing but understanding and helpful. Analeisa was very responsive whenever we found a house we wanted to see on the MLS app. We’d usually check it out that day after work. Even at 7 pm she’d take us to tour houses. She didn’t push anything on us and we never felt rushed to purchase a house. We probably saw 20 houses or so. She always told us to make sure we were sure, even when there was one we were on the fence about and had some reservations she talked us through the pros and cons and helped us see that it just wasn’t meant to be. That was ok because we would keep looking (I’m glad we did because we eventually found a perfect house for us). When we put offers on any houses, it was always a very quick turnaround from when we decided to make an offer to the time Analeisa submitted the paperwork. I am really picky. And with the fact that the Austin residential market is on fire, I never thought I'd find a house for my girlfriend and me that was new/nice enough yet still in our price range. Low and behold, Adam Zell came out of the woodwork, and spent more than four months chasing down homes for us that fit our criteria. He was EXTREMELY honest and upfront with us and let us know that our expectations were a bit high, but he was confident that if we were patient and trusted him, that he could find what we wanted. We agreed, and during the entire search he was ALWAYS outgoing and positive. He ended up finding the perfect house for us at a steal. One month after closing, the equivalent year/configuration of townhome to ours, next door, sold for over $40k than what Adam negotiated and we bought ours for!
